Marketing. Where you complete one of our free tools, we will send you your results and may follow up about what they show, as explained at the point you provide your details. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. If you have opted in to text messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Who do we share your information with?

- A buyer or successor, if we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business, in which case the new owner will be required to use your information in line with this policy.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of our service providers, including our CRM platform (HighLevel Inc.) and our website hosting infrastructure, are based in or operate from the United States, which means your personal information may be transferred to and stored there.
Where we transfer personal information outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
5. How long do we keep your information?
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- If you complete a free tool or enquire but do not become a client, we keep your details while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe sooner.
- If you become a client, we keep your information for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (typically six years).
When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. 7. Do we collect information from children?
No. Our Services are for businesses and are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@visiongrowthsystems.com and we will delete it.
8. Your rights

- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your information in certain circumstances;
